A large pipeline company faced a few exceptional challenges. In order to ensure high availability and performance of the welding machines on site, the company considered changing from water to gas cooling. This is however easier said than done, and EWS worked hard to devise the most effective solution for this challenge. Over three years, EWS engineers worked side by side with the staff of the pipe laying specialist, and even performed own onshore and offshore tests with the torches in question. The project became a huge success for our customer.
